1. Hum kaun si maloomat lete hain

• Rabte ki maloomat: naam, WhatsApp number, email, jab aap hum se rabta karte hain ya order dete hain.
• Domain registration ki maloomat: naam, pata, phone aur email, jo registry (jaise PKNIC) qanoonan maangti hai.
• Payment ki tafseel: transaction ID ya screenshot (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank). Hum aap ka card ya PIN kabhi nahi maangte.
• Website ka content: jo text, tasveerein aur files aap design ya hosting ke liye dete hain.
• Technical logs: hosting server aur Cloudflare IP address aur visit ka waqt jaisi maloomat security ke liye mehdood muddat tak rakhte hain.

2. Is website par

• Contact form aur domain check form aap ka paigham seedha WhatsApp mein kholte hain. Website par yeh data save nahi hota.
• "JHOK Assistant" chat aap ke browser hi mein jawab deta hai; aap ke sawal kahin save ya bheje nahi jate.
• "Hamara kaam" section mein kuch screenshots doosri websites (jinhein humne banaya) se load hote hain, is liye un websites ko aap ka IP address nazar aa sakta hai.

3. Maloomat ka istemal

• Order poora karna: website banana, hosting chalana, domain register karna
• Renewal ki yaad-dihani aur zaroori service ki ittela WhatsApp ya email par
• Payment ki tasdeeq aur hisaab kitaab
• Security, fraud se bachao, aur qanooni zaroorat

Hum aap ki ijazat ke baghair marketing messages nahi bhejte.

4. Kis ke saath share hoti hai

• Domain registry / registrar (jaise PKNIC, .com registrar): domain register karne ke liye. Kuch maloomat public WHOIS mein nazar aa sakti hai, registry ke qawaid ke mutabiq.
• Hosting aur Cloudflare: jahan aap ki website chalti hai.
• WhatsApp (Meta), email aur payment providers: rabte aur payment ke liye.
• Qanooni idare: sirf qanooni hukm ki soorat mein.

Hum aap ki maloomat kabhi kisi ko bechte ya kiraye par nahi dete.

5. Kitni der rakhte hain

Jab tak aap ki service chal rahi hai, aur us ke baad hisaab kitaab aur qanooni zaroorat ke liye zyada se zyada 3 saal. Hosting band hone ke 30 din baad website ka data delete kiya ja sakta hai.

6. Aap ke haqooq

Aap kisi bhi waqt apni maloomat dekhne, durust karne ya delete karne ki darkhwast kar sakte hain (jahan qanoonan rakhna zaroori na ho). WhatsApp +92 341 7140645 ya hello@jhok.pk par likhein.

7. Hifazat

Hum SSL, mehdood access aur backup ke zariye data mehfooz rakhte hain. Internet par koi bhi tareeqa 100% mehfooz nahi, lekin hum munasib hifazati iqdamat karte hain.

8. Bachche

Hamari services karobar aur baalig afraad ke liye hain. Hum jaan boojh kar 18 saal se kam umar bachchon ki maloomat nahi lete.

9. Tabdeeli aur rabta

• Technical logs: our hosting server and Cloudflare keep data such as IP addresses and visit times for a limited period for security.

2. On this website

• The contact and domain-check forms open your message directly in WhatsApp. Nothing is stored on this website.
• The "JHOK Assistant" chat answers inside your browser; your questions are not saved or sent anywhere.
• Some portfolio screenshots load from the websites we built, so those sites may see your IP address.

3. How we use information

• To deliver your order: building websites, running hosting, registering domains
• To send renewal reminders and essential service notices by WhatsApp or email
• To confirm payments and keep accounts
• For security, fraud prevention and legal compliance

We do not send marketing messages without your permission.

4. Who we share it with

• Domain registries and registrars (such as PKNIC or a .com registrar) to register your domain. Some details may appear in public WHOIS records, according to registry rules.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, where your website runs.
• WhatsApp (Meta), email and payment providers for communication and payment.
• Authorities, only when legally required.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep your information while your service is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Website data may be deleted 30 days after hosting ends.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We protect data with SSL, restricted access and backups. No method on the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
