1. Hosting
- Kisi bhi hosting plan ki payment ke baad 7 din ke andar aap cancel kar sakte hain aur poori raqam wapas milegi.
- 7 din guzarne ke baad us saal ki hosting ka refund nahi hoga. Hosting saal ke aakhir tak chalti rahegi aur renewal nahi hogi.
- Renewal par bhi yahi 7 din ka asool lagu hai, renewal payment ki tareekh se.
- Agar hosting Terms of Service ki khilaf-warzi (spam, ghair-qanooni content waghera) ki wajah se band ki gayi ho, to refund nahi hoga.
2. Domain
Domain register karte waqt hum registry (jaise PKNIC ya .com registrar) ko foran payment kar dete hain, aur yeh payment wapas nahi hoti. Is liye domain register hone ke baad refund nahi hota, chahe domain istemal ho ya na ho.
Agar payment ke baad domain register hi na ho sake (masalan naam pehle hi kisi aur ne le liya), to poori raqam wapas ki jayegi ya aap koi doosra naam chun sakte hain.
3. Website design
Design ka kaam shuru hone se pehle cancel karne par poora refund milega. Kaam shuru hone ke baad (pehla draft ya design dikhaya ja chuka ho) refund nahi hota, kyunki waqt aur mehnat lag chuki hoti hai.
4. Refund kaise lein
- WhatsApp (+92 341 7140645) ya email (hello@jhok.pk) par refund ki darkhwast bhejein, apna naam, service aur payment ki tafseel likh kar.
- Darkhwast milne ke baad hum 2 kaam ke dinon mein jawab denge.
- Manzoori ke baad raqam usi tareeqe se wapas ki jayegi jis se payment hui thi (JazzCash, EasyPaisa ya bank transfer), aam tor par 7 kaam ke dinon mein.
Bank ya wallet ki apni fees, agar koi ho, refund se kaati ja sakti hai.
5. Rabta
Koi sawal ho to Contact page dekhein. Kaam ke auqaat: Pir se Hafta, subah 9 se shaam 5 baje tak.

1. Hosting
- You may cancel any hosting plan within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
- After 7 days, hosting for that year is non-refundable. Your hosting stays active until the end of the paid term and will not be renewed.
- The same 7-day window applies to renewals, counted from the renewal payment date.
- No refund is given if hosting is suspended for violating our Terms of Service (for example spam or illegal content).
2. Domains
When we register a domain we pay the registry (such as PKNIC or a .com registrar) immediately, and that payment cannot be recovered. Domains are therefore non-refundable once registered, whether or not the domain is used.
If a domain cannot be registered after payment (for example, someone else registered it first), you will receive a full refund or may choose a different name.
3. Website design
You will receive a full refund if you cancel before design work begins. Once work has started (a first draft or design has been shared), the fee is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
- Send your request by WhatsApp (+92 341 7140645) or email (hello@jhok.pk) with your name, the service and your payment details.
- We will reply within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are paid back by the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer), usually within 7 working days.
Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider may be deducted from the refund.
