1. Hum kaun hain

JHOK Digital ("hum") Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan se website design, web hosting aur domain registration ki services deta hai. Rabta: hello@jhok.pk, WhatsApp +92 341 7140645.

2. Order aur payment

• Order WhatsApp ya email par confirm hota hai. Service payment milne ke baad shuru hoti hai.
• Payment JazzCash, EasyPaisa ya bank transfer se hoti hai. Qeematein Pakistani rupay mein hain aur website par likhi hain.
• Hosting aur domain saalana hain. Website design ki qeemat mein domain aur hosting shamil nahi.

3. Hosting ke qawaid: kya allowed nahi

Aap hamari hosting par yeh cheezein nahi rakh sakte:

• Pakistan ke qanoon (bashmool PECA 2016) ke khilaf koi bhi content ya kaam
• Phishing, fraud, jaali dukanein, ya logon ka data chori karne wale pages
• Spam email bhejna, ya bulk mailing jo logon ne mangi na ho
• Virus, malware, hacking tools, ya doosre servers par hamla
• Chori ka (pirated) software, movies, ya doosron ka copyright wala maal
• Fahash (adult) content, jua (gambling), ya nafrat aur tashaddud phailane wala content
• Crypto mining, ya koi bhi kaam jo server ko ghair-zaroori bojh de

4. Resources ki hadd

Har plan ki storage aur websites ki tadaad website par likhi hai (Starter 1 GB, Business 3 GB, Pro 10 GB). Agar koi website server ko itna istemal kare ke doosre customers mutasir hon, to hum pehle aap ko batayenge aur bara plan lene ka mashwara denge.

5. Hosting kab suspend ho sakti hai

• Renewal na hone par: expiry se pehle hum WhatsApp par yaad dilate hain. Expiry ke baad 7 din tak website chalti rahegi; phir suspend ho jayegi. Suspend hone ke 30 din baad data delete ho sakta hai.
• Qawaid ki khilaf-warzi par: upar section 3 ki khilaf-warzi par hum aap ko pehle khabardar karenge. Sangeen ya ghair-qanooni maamle (phishing, malware, ghair-qanooni content) mein hosting foran band ki ja sakti hai.
• Qanooni hukm par: kisi adalat ya hukoomati idare ke hukm par.

6. Backup

Plan ke mutabiq hum weekly ya daily backup lete hain, lekin yeh ek sahulat hai, guarantee nahi. Apni website aur data ki apni copy bhi rakhein.

7. Domain

• Domain aap ke naam par register hota hai, hamare naam par nahi. Aap jab chahein domain doosri company mein le ja sakte hain; hum transfer code de denge.
• Domain par registry ke apne qawaid bhi lagu hote hain (.pk ke liye PKNIC, .com ke liye ICANN).
• Renewal waqt par na hone se domain expire ho sakta hai aur kisi aur ke paas ja sakta hai. Hum yaad dilate hain, lekin renewal ki zimmedari aap ki hai.

8. Website design

• Design ke liye text, logo aur tasveerein aap dete hain. Aap zimmedar hain ke yeh cheezein istemal karne ka aap ko haq hai.
• Poori payment ke baad tayyar website aap ki hai.
• Hum tayyar website ko apne portfolio ("Hamara kaam") mein dikha sakte hain, jab tak aap mana na karein.

9. Zimmedari ki hadd

Hum service ko behtareen tareeqe se chalane ki koshish karte hain, lekin har waqt 100% chalne ki guarantee nahi dete. Server, internet ya doosri companies (jaise Cloudflare ya registry) ki kharabi se hone wale nuqsan ki hamari zimmedari us raqam tak mehdood hai jo aap ne us service ke liye pichhle 12 maheene mein di.

10. Refund

Refund ke qawaid Refund Policy mein hain.

11. Tabdeeli aur qanoon

Hum in sharait mein tabdeeli kar sakte hain; nayi tareekh is page par likhi hogi. Bari tabdeeli ki soorat mein maujooda customers ko WhatsApp ya email par bataya jayega. In sharait par Pakistan ka qanoon lagu hai, aur kisi tanaze ki soorat mein Bahawalpur ki adalatein mujaz hongi.

JHOK Digital ("we", "us") provides website design, web hosting and domain registration services from Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact: hello@jhok.pk, WhatsApp +92 341 7140645. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

• Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or email. Services begin once payment is received.
• We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer. Prices are in Pakistani rupees as listed on our website.
• Hosting and domains are billed annually. The website design fee does not include a domain or hosting.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use our hosting for:

• Anything unlawful in Pakistan, including under PECA 2016
• Phishing, fraud, fake shops, or pages that collect people's data deceptively
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Viruses, malware, hacking tools, or attacks on other systems
• Pirated software, films or other copyright-infringing material
• Adult content, gambling, or content promoting hatred or violence
• Cryptocurrency mining or any activity that places unreasonable load on the server

4. Resource limits

Each plan's storage and number of websites are listed on our website (Starter 1 GB, Business 3 GB, Pro 10 GB). If a site uses enough server resources to affect other customers, we will contact you first and may recommend a larger plan.

5. Suspension

• Non-renewal: we send a reminder before expiry. Your site stays online for 7 days after expiry and is then suspended. Data may be deleted 30 days after suspension.
• Breach of these terms: we will normally warn you first. For serious or unlawful cases (phishing, malware, illegal content) we may suspend immediately.
• Legal orders: when required by a court or government authority.

6. Backups

We take weekly or daily backups depending on your plan, as a convenience rather than a guarantee. Please keep your own copy of your website and data.

7. Domains

• Domains are registered in your name, not ours. You may transfer your domain to another provider at any time and we will provide the transfer code.
• Domains are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry (PKNIC for .pk, ICANN for .com).
• A domain that is not renewed on time may expire and be registered by someone else. We send reminders, but renewal is your responsibility.

8. Website design

• You supply the text, logo and images for your site and confirm you have the right to use them.
• Once paid in full, the finished website belongs to you.
• We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep services running reliably but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our liability for any loss caused by server, network or third-party failures (such as Cloudflare or a domain registry) is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the previous 12 months.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and existing customers will be told about significant changes by WhatsApp or email. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Bahawalpur have jurisdiction over any dispute.
